The first General Meeting of the Hellenic Society of Calgary and the Hellenic Greek Orthodox Community of Calgary & District for the year 2017 will take place on Sunday, March 26^th, 2017 at 6pm in the hall of the Hellenic Community. The following items have been included in the agendas and will be discussed during the meeting:

In the event quorum is not achieved on March 26^th 2017, the General Meeting will take place at the Hellenic Community Hall on Sunday, April 2^nd, 2017 at 6pm.

All Society members are encouraged to participate in the meeting but are also reminded that, if a vote is to take place, only those members who have fulfilled their financial obligations for 2017 are permitted to cast their vote.
